ARTS
1. Karma-Yoga:
We help each other get away from our comfort zone into an healthy, fulfilled and meaningful existence.
2. Integral Growth: We help each other move forward in life both professionally and with co-operative Grow projects and campaigns.
3. New Light:
Together we grow through subjective spiritual experiences and both George M. Grow's Five Little Exercises and his Integral Yoga.
3. Social gathering and chilling out: We enjoy the soups and other dishes made on of the gas stoves we bring along. When the senses are satisfied, the mind is hungry.
4. Art act:
Like the legendary Woodstock Festival in 1969, Growstock is an art fair. This includes not just music, but integral art and content.

NEVER STOP
READING
2. Every rain-free Friday when temperatures are over 15 degrees Celsius from 2 p.m. in over 35 capitals and near our 18 branches on 3 continents. On Growstock, politics is not an issue. For this purpose there is I-Day, Zombie Run and Dissolution Day Festival.
2. Everyone who has a gas stove with them cooks for themselves and others while we chill, celebrate and devote ourselves to our Grow topics and tasks
2. Citizens who contribute something to the Grow movement and Dream-Jobbers help each other with advice and assistance (taking on work mutually, exchanging software, solving problems, etc.)
2. The same thing that applies to the IT sector applies to public relations. In particular, participating in video shootings, lifestreams and podcasts.
2. Don't be surprised if someone suddenly starts reading. Reading the 12 Books of Life (New Light) by His Divine Grace George M. Grow is the key to higher guidance and bliss.

PARTY
2. The focus is George Grow's Integral Yoga to the "Paradise Inside". One approach is 5x+1 yoga according to the Indian tradition and Grow's expansion; another is Continental Yoga according to George Grow (Europe = thinking, Asia = spirit, Latin America = passion, Africa = feeling).
2. The park is one of the best places for Tai Chi, Qigong and Asana. Fresh air, lots of green for the eyes, a soft surface and a lively peace and tranquility.
2. It is quiet in the park, but not silent. The park is tranquil and lively. It is a place of Integrality. A spiritual place of power in nature; a place where silence and sounds combine and form integral vibrations.
You can experience this power if you step away from the group and listen to the sounds of people and animals while lying down and resting.
2. Unitation is one of the 5 small rituals according to George Grow. In contrast to meditation, it does not require a medium (intermediary). Unitation helps you achieve immortality, takes you from earth to heaven, from deception to truth, from darkness to light, from suffering to joy, from inner restlessness to supreme peace.
2. After dining from the gas cookers, discussing the tasks and challenges, after calming down with yoga, etc., yoga number 6 according to George Grow's Integral Yoga follows with"the opposite of all yoga in the right time." On this occasion, we display exuberance, excess and self-indulgence and don't forget to follow the motto "Take Risks". What they are doing behind the bushes? (compare Grow's protagonist Wald Güner in "Chai and Baklava" or Dave Kater in his "Twelve Stations to the Bitchinest Club in the World").Afterwards we often go to the bar or to the disco.

FOR FREEDOM
IN FREEDOM
The Grow Movement is anti-institutional. Institutions such as political parties, churches and international organizations are abandon freedom and independence in order to accumulate more property. Subsequently, ownership arises, bad customs take root, all beginning with their own property. The movement becomes a stationary facility. “Institution and execution,” said George Grow in one of his "Speeches at the Edge of the Planet" in Costa Rica. This is why the George Grow Foundation invests in people and not in properties, and this is why we love Growstock as the next step after Woodstock that also did not take place in any man-made structure but out in the open.

The Idea Very Behind Growstock (1)
During developing Integral Science, Don Jorge exposed that there are two different methods to free the mind.
-
There is the Eastern method of ascetics: The starting point is the assumption that a disciplined way of life requires the control of thoughts and drives. The most striking effect on the practice of life is the voluntary renunciation of certain comforts and pleasures that the ascetic considers to be a hindrance and incompatible with his ideal of life. The abstinence usually primarily affects the areas of luxury foods and sexuality.

1.. Did you know that all of our Grow formats essentially usher a new dimension? An Integral Formula is that spirituality plus materiality equals something great that is greater than either extreme separately.

Say Goodbye to Unhappiness

The Idea Very Behind Growstock (2)
-
In addition to the Eastern method of freeing your mind and spirits, according to Don Jorge, there is the Western method of consumption. Please note that the ascetic method is laborious and often unsuitable for non-monastic, modern life. It's much easier to fill your stomach to calm your body and mind down. If you don't eat too much, you won't get tired. This is another reason why our small gas stove is perfect. It cannot be used to prepare lavish dishes. Make sure that your stove and the cookware you use are small in size. That way you not only keep the guards in the park at a distance, but also your fingers active by constantly preparing a small serving size. Eat small bites slowly, and both body and mind will be satisfied for a longer period and be able to absorb spiritual nourishment as well. Don Jorge, "If the stomach is satisfied, the mind remains hungry."
-
Max Scheler differentiated between “morally genuine asceticism”, in which a “positive good” is sacrificed for the sake of a higher value, and the “sham asceticism of ressentiment”, in which one devalues what one denies oneself, at the same time or beforehand, and declares it null and void. Is the whole Buddhist and Hindu asceticism contrived?
-
Before we, the non-atheists among us, eat a meal, we usually say grace beforehand. One step further, the food is sacrificed and consecrated on an altar. In the park, this altar is often nothing more than three stones or a few flowers from the meadow. More about this topic, you can find in this video with Don Jorge on YouTube "We Build an Altar".
